HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INFORMATION
The Villages of Coahulla Creek Homeowners Association (HOA) dues include an initiation fee and mandatory monthly fee. These funds are collected for the following services:
- Front entrance and common area landscaping maintenance (grass cutting, installing annual flowers, laying pine straw, trimming shrubs and applying herbicides).
- Electrical service for street lights, irrigation system and front entrance lighting.
- Whitfield County water for common area irrigation systems.
- Curbside garbage pick-up.
- Monthly management fee for collection of dues, financial management and reporting, and paying HOA bills.
- Organize and manage neighborhood events.
- Upkeep and maintanence of neighborhoods' recreation amenities.
- Administer to and enforce all covenants and bi-laws of the neighborhood.
- Reserve fund for maintenance and repair of water detention facilities, neighborhood roads, and common areas, all of which are the responsibility of the HOA.
