As your neighborhood developer and homebuilder, we have developed a five-step customer care process to ensure that owners, like you, are involved.It's a chance for your to see the quality materials and disciplined approach to construction that forms the foundation of your new home.
So extraordinary service to you... It's our pleasure. PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING Step One: Before construction begins, you are guided through the entire building process, starting with a meeting to introduce the construction team and to answer any questions regarding the construction timetable. QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTION Step Two: Before your final walk-through, Noble Communities conducts its own extensive quality control check to ensure everything is in proper working order and up to quality standards. Any needed repairs or touch-ups are made and the home is thoroughly cleaned in preparation for the Pre-Closing Orientation. All inspection records will be included in your Homeowners manual given to you at closing, as well as digital photos of the construction process and related inspections. PRE-CLOSING ORIENTATION Step Three: When your home is finished, Noble Communities' service representatives will take you on a room-by-room tour to demonstrate the quality features, operating procedures and service procedures for your new home. 30-DAY FOLLOW UP Step Four: Once you are all settled in, we check back by letter, phone, or even by a knock on the door to ensure your complete satisfaction. 11-MONTH FOLLOW UP Step Five: Eleven months after closing and prior to warranty expiration, we reiterate our commitment to satisfaction by again taking the time to handle any required warranty work, discuss issues, or answer any questions that you may have.
